Problem. You have a canal system that runs through your country, transporting people and goods. At one point in the system you need a lock that can lift your boats 24 meters – gulp. Outrageously cool engineering project but I still can’t figure the practical necessity for this limited access canal.
And to think, we waste all our lottery profits on crazy stuff like educating the next generation;)
