That’s Right. I’m putting Nola up for sale. It’s time for a 30′ footer that can carry the crew in comfort with supplies for a week. Nola has been a great boat, just need to move on – “Growth is progress.” Here’s the boat description:
- Make: Parker-Dawson

Year: 1974
Located In Gulfport City Marina, FL
Hull Material: Fiberglass
Engine/Fuel Type: 8HP Yachttwin Outboard

Boat is in good sailing shape. VERY well built. I saw an late 70′s invoice online for near $40,000. These boats can handle offshore sailing. Also trailerable. The bottom was painted in Oct/2006 and is still good. I keep the bottom cleaned and inspected via scuba service. No blisters. Inboard Vire has been removed. Aux engine is 8hp Yachttwin, runs good. Prop shaft is still in place for option of installing new inboard. All 12v wiring redone approx. two years ago. One auto bilge pump, one standard HI-FLOW. Custom teak bow pulpit with heavy duty stainless bollard. Everything is in good working order now. The center cockpit design is roomy with a secure feel. Great little space for fishing off the stern. Depth/Fishfinder included. There is a Parker-Dawson website www.parkerdawson.com to read more.
